Andler Dental is a private practice office on the west side of Madison looking to add a positive hard working associate dentist. Within a beautiful new office, we partner with our patients to achieve their individual dental goals and hope our experience together improves their day as well as their dental health. A strong work life balance is important to our team. Our hours are Monday- Thursday 7am – 3:00 pm. We have flexibility in this hire and are open to the right associate working 2, 3 days a week, (maybe 4 in future). We hope to hire this individual to start mid-July – early August. There is an opportunity to transition from associate to part owner within two years if the fit is great for both sides. Compensation will be based on a guaranteed base with quarterly bonus potential. Duties Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, restorations, extractions, endodontics (root canal therapy), prosthodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans Utilize dental terminology effectively to communicate diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies Operate dental equipment efficiently, including digital radiography and medical imaging tools, ensuring proper infection control and aseptic techniques Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry to optimize workflow and patient comfort Stay current with industry best practices by adhering to infection control standards and updates in dental technology Qualifications Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist in Madison Proven experience with dental office management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix or similar platforms Strong knowledge of pediatric dentistry, including working with pediatric patients and understanding pediatric dental procedures Proficiency in oral surgery techniques such as dental extractions and surgical procedures Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards Expertise in endodontics (root canal therapy), prosthodontics (crowns, bridges), and general dentistry practices Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs thoroughly and communicate effectively Knowledge of anatomy, infection control protocols, medical imaging procedures, and aseptic techniques Prior experience working in a dental clinic or similar healthcare environment is highly preferred Join us to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives through exceptional dental care!
