Duties Assist dentists during various procedures including general dentistry, prosthodontics, and endodontics ensuring smooth workflow and patient safety. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up necessary supplies, and maintaining aseptic technique to uphold infection control standards. Take dental X-rays Manage electronic medical records accurately for documentation of medical history, dental procedures, and coding. Provide chairside assistance by handling dental terminology effectively and supporting the dentist with necessary tools and materials. Support administrative tasks including dental receptionist duties, scheduling appointments, and managing patient flow efficiently. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment at all times. Requirements Ability to operate dental equipment including X-ray machines Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Certification in dental assisting or relevant training is required; Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
