Well-established 2 locations practice in The Woodlands, TX, 77380 and Pinehurst, TX, 77362 is looking for a new Part Time or Full Time provider. Job Details: The Associate dentist will be scheduled 2 days ( Monday and Tuesday) in The Woodlands and 1 day (Wednesday) or more days in Pinehurst. Initially the 2 dentists can work together at the same location till the new comer is confident to go solo. Additional Days are possible to be added to make it a 4 days to 4.5 days per week Full Time schedule. If the Dentist wants to work only at One Location that is possible as well. Residency: Green card holders and Citizens preferred. We do not offer sponsorships at this time. Days: 3 days per week part time or more days for full time. Hours: Monday to Thursday 9-6, Friday 9-1 (General Practice Hours). Patient Types: Office takes PPO / FFS, Medicaid and Medicare. No DHMO. Features : Daily Guaranty for the length of the tenure or % of Collections whichever is higher. Medical, Dental and Vision Benefit. Malpractice Insurance Reimbursement. 1099 Independent Contractor or W2 Employee Agreement. NO Lab Fees.
