The Dental Hygienist is a critical part of the Doctor-directed oral hygiene team. This role is responsible for patient education, the delivery of preventative and periodontal dental treatment, and patient database collection and documentation. Responsibilities: Clinical Requirements: A current Minnesota or Wisconsin Hygienist License (dependent on location) Certified to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide analgesia in Minnesota and/or Wisconsin Current CPR certification obtained through the American Heart Association health care provider course, the American Red Cross professional rescuer course, or an equivalent course. Work Schedule: Flexible scheduling designed to fit both team needs and your lifestyle across our Northern region practices. As a hygiene float, you’ll have the opportunity to work a variety of shifts, gaining experience across multiple locations while maintaining a dynamic and engaging schedule. Typical shifts may include early mornings (6:30 AM–2:15 PM), afternoons/evenings (1:30 PM–8:15 PM), and an occasional Saturday (7:00 AM–2:45 PM, typically once per month).
