The Dental Hygienist is a critical part of the Doctor-directed oral hygiene team. This role is responsible for patient education, the delivery of preventative and periodontal dental treatment, and patient database collection and documentation. Responsibilities: Clinical Requirements: A current Minnesota or Wisconsin Hygienist License (dependent on location) Certified to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide analgesia in Minnesota and/or Wisconsin Current CPR certification obtained through the American Heart Association health care provider course, the American Red Cross professional rescuer course, or an equivalent course. Work Schedule: Flexible scheduling designed to fit both team needs and your lifestyle across our Northern region practices. As a hygiene float, youâll have the opportunity to work a variety of shifts, gaining experience across multiple locations while maintaining a dynamic and engaging schedule. Typical shifts may include early mornings (6:30 AMâ2:15 PM), afternoons/evenings (1:30 PMâ8:15 PM), and an occasional Saturday (7:00 AMâ2:45 PM, typically once per month). This role offers consistency in hours while still providing the flexibility and variety that keeps your workweek fresh and balanced. Company Information: We love our communities!
