Part time experienced Orthodontic assistant with options to work as a Pediatric assistant also. Job Description and duties include but not limited to: Assist Doctor with orthodontic treatment Preparing teeth for bonding and debonding Charting of patient information Prepare and maintain orthodontic instruments, supplies and equipment Take photos, x-rays, and impressions Educate & instruct patients about oral health and appliance care Assist with the placement/removal of orthodontic appliances Motivate patients to take an active role in their treatment Managing a fast-paced patient schedule Assist with efficient clinic flow: Turning over chairs, making appointments, seating etc. Minimum Job Qualification (Dental Assistant): Pediatric Smiles and Braces is looking for a Experienced Orthodontic dental assistant. The ideal candidate would be outgoing and HAPPY, have a positive attitude, enjoy working with children, teens and adults. A knowledge of Orthodontic assisting is a must.
