We are seeking a dependable, friendly, and motivated Front Desk / Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This is a long-term position with opportunities to grow with us as the practice expands. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a great attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Duties: Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Answer phone calls, manage messages, and schedule appointments Collect payments Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance Keep the front office organized and welcoming Dental Assisting Duties Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatory rooms Take digital X-rays and intraoral scans Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene Restock supplies and manage inventory Follow infection control protocols and safety standards Requirements: Excellent communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and professional demeanor Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Bilingual (English/Spanish) (required) Experience in dental assisting and/or front desk.
