THE OPPORTUNITY Kierland Dental, LLC is a private office located at Kierland Commons, Scottsdale and looking for a skilled, compassionate, and Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who values quality over volume and wants to work in a supportive, collaborative practice where every patient interaction matters. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform thorough dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planning procedures Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments, including probing, charting, and oral cancer screenings Capture and interpret digital radiographs as needed for diagnostic evaluation Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices, nutrition, and preventive care tailored to their individual needs Apply fluoride treatments, sealants, and other preventive therapies Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and document treatment plans in the practice management system Collaborate closely with Dr. Kim and the clinical team to develop and present customized treatment plans Uphold infection control protocols and ensure all equipment is properly sterilized and maintained Contribute to a welcoming, comfortable patient experience from check-in to checkout QUALIFICATIONS Required: Active Arizona Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program Current CPR / BLS certification Proficiency with digital radiography and intraoral imaging technology Strong knowledge of periodontal assessment techniques and preventive therapies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine patient-first approach Preferred: 5+ years of clinical dental hygiene experience in a private practice setting Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar practice management software Local anesthesia and nitrous oxide administration permits Familiarity with cosmetic and restorative treatment coordination Pay: $57.00 - $62.00 per hour Work Location: In person
