Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Sterling, VA
## Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. To work on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, and help to ensure patients receive quality care. ## Duties - Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations - Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment - Assist the dentist during dental procedures - Take and develop dental x-rays (including 3D scans) - Maintain accurate patient records - Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures ## Qualifications - Prior experience in dental assisting is preferred - Proficiency in Open Dental software is a plus - Knowledge of medical imaging techniques and terminology - Ability to handle medical records, documentation, and coding accurately -Bilingual - Spanish speaker a plus Join our team and contribute to providing exceptional dental care to our patients!
