Business & Dental Assistant (Front & Back Office) – Pediatric Office Pebble & Pearl Pediatric Dentistry – Eastlake, Chula Vista, CA Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (DOE) Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday plus 2 Saturdays/month Join Our Founding Team Pebble & Pearl Pediatric Dentistry is a brand-new boutique pediatric dental practice opening in Eastlake, Chula Vista. We focus on creating a fun, gentle, and stress-free experience for children and their families. We are hiring a Business & Dental Assistant to join us as a Founding Team Member . This is a unique opportunity to grow with a start-up practice and play an integral role in both the clinical and administrative success of the office. We are looking for someone who has the following: Assist chairside with pediatric dental procedures (four-handed dentistry) Take digital X-rays Maintain sterilization and OSHA compliance Support clinical setup and inventory management Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Schedule appointments and manage daily patient flow Verify insurance and submit claims Handle billing, payments, and patient communication Qualifications DA or RDA license with a valid California X-Ray Certificate (required) Minimum 3 years of dental assisting and/or front office experience Pediatric dental experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in both front and back-office settings Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Why Join Pebble & Pearl?
