General Dentist â Lake of the Ozarks (Osage Beach), Missouri Position Summary A well-established privately owned, 100% Fee-For-Service dental practice (not part of a DSO) in Osage Beach is seeking a patient-focused General Dentist to join its respected clinical team. This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a strong, loyal patient base as the practice owner transitions out of a primary production role after decades of serving the community. The role offers significant clinical autonomy, strong earning potential, and the ability to provide comprehensive dentistry in a collaborative two-doctor setting. True Fee-For-Service model allowing for comprehensive treatment planning and high-quality care delivery. Full-service dentistry including implant placement and advanced restorative procedures. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive exams and diagnose oral health conditions. Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans aligned with patient goals. Provide restorative dentistry including fillings, crowns, bridges, and prosthetic treatment. Perform extractions, implant-related procedures, and minor surgical treatments as appropriate. Utilize diagnostic imaging and clinical technology to support treatment delivery. Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention, and post-treatment care. Prescribe medications when indicated to manage infection or discomfort. Maintain strong patient relationships and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflows. Qualifications: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Active or eligible Missouri dental license. Current CPR certification. Compassionate, patient-centered communication style. Ability to work effectively in a productive Fee-For-Service clinical environment. Commitment to clinical excellence and continued professional growth.
