Duties Greet patients warmly and provide outstanding customer service at the front desk Schedule appointments efficiently using dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft Verify insurance coverage and benefits Manage patient intake by collecting medical history, updating records, and reviewing documentation for completeness Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing clear communication and appointment confirmations Maintain accurate dental records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for health information management Assist with billing processes Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry (including 10 key typing), and maintaining organized medical files Verify insurance eligibility and process claims efficiently Ensure all patient interactions adhere to HIPAA standards while delivering compassionate care plans and medical administrative support Experience Prior experience working in a dental clinic or medical office environment is highly preferred Proven proficiency with dental office management software such as Eaglesoft Strong knowledge of dental terminology, ADA coding Experience handling insurance verification, claims processing Excellent computer skills Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette across multi-line phone systems Bilingual abilities are desirable to serve diverse patient populations effectively Previous clinic or hospital experience involving health information management enhances your fit for this role Join us in creating a welcoming environment where patients feel cared for from their first call to their final appointment.
