Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Artesia, CA
We're looking for a Dental Assistant to oversee back office activities in our office. The primary responsibilities of this DA position will be to help doctor day-to-day coordination with doctor and patient. In addition, the candidate will help pick up phone calls and schedule appointments when other front desk workers are busy. This is an excellent opportunity for a patient care oriented individual to join a dynamic and growing company. The dental office is located in Artesia/Cerritos. We are looking for patient care driven manager that enjoys taking care of patients. The candidate must be professional and organized. We would love to have someone be part of the family. The position is a full time Monday to Friday, 9AM-6PM . Looking for experienced assistant at least 1 year. Candidate must be able to speak Korean Responsibilities: * Coordinating with the doctor with utmost customer service * Assisting the doctor with dental procedures including surgeries * Cleaning up and setting up chairs * Taking X rays like FMX, Pano, CT * Conversing patients and getting information about patient's chief complaints and relaying it the doctor * Checking In/Out patients * Make pertinent decisions as needed in response to urgent patient needs * Polishing and flossing after prophy Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching On-the-job training Paid time off Work Location: In person
