Responsibilities The ideal candidate is comfortable and efficient with: Assisting in restorative procedures (crowns, bridges, fillings, build-ups) Taking high-quality digital X-rays Fabricating temporaries independently Assisting with crown preps and cord packing Proper sterilization and infection control protocols Room setup and breakdown Accurate charting in PracticeWorks (or similar dental software) Anticipating doctor’s needs during procedures Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of strong chairside experience Current California RDA license Able to work independently and stay on schedule Detail-oriented and organized Professional and clear communicator with patients and team What We Offer $28–$33/hour based on experience and clinical ability Monday–Thursday schedule (8:00–5:00/5:30) Supportive and respectful work environment Stable, long-term position To Apply Please include: Resume Confirmation of RDA license Years of chairside assisting experience Professional references Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour Work Location: In person
