Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. MUST have at least 2+ years of experience in a General Practice setting. You will play a key role in assisting our dental professionals, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow while providing excellent patient care. Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Key Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during various procedures, including composite fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, and more. Take and develop digital x-rays using our advanced equipment. Prepare and maintain the treatment room, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Fabricate same-day crowns (experience in this is a plus). Utilize advanced technology, including CBCT machines, intra-oral cameras, soft tissue lasers, and iTero scanners. Provide support for patient care, including nitrous and non-IV sedation. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling. Qualifications: Previous experience as a dental assistant is a MUST, ideally with 2+ years in general dentistry field. EFDA certification is a bonus; pay is negotiable based on qualifications. Proficient in Dentrix and comfortable with digital technology. Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
