What Weâre Looking For The right mindset, positive attitude, and willingness to learn Has a minimum of 3 years of front desk experience (able to perform various roles is a plus) A true team player who thrives on collaboration and positivity Communicates effectively with both children and adults Enjoys helping children feel comfortable, safe, and cared for Leads by example with accountability, professionalism, and a positive attitude Strong communicator and active listener who makes patients and teammates feel acknowledged and supported Confident problem-solver who identifies challenges and helps implement practical solutions Organized and detail-oriented, with strong scheduling, documentation, and workflow management skills Collaborative team player who understands how the front desk supports the entire office Growth-minded and coachable, with an interest in developing leadership skills and mentoring others Patient-experience focused, handling concerns with empathy and service-recovery confidence Values stability and culture, seeking a long-term role in a small, family-feel, non-corporate office Bilingual skills are highly desired - they help us serve our community even better What We Will Ask of You Be the face of the practice by welcoming every patient when they arrive Handle high call volumes to serve our patients' needs best Manage scheduling and effectively assist with other front desk responsibilities Ensure smooth, efficient office operations, maintaining our high care standards.
