Dental Assistant (DA) – Positive, Growth-Oriented Team Fair Oaks, CA | Madison Family Dental Group Madison Family Dental Group is looking for a Dental Assistant (DA) who brings positive energy, strong work ethic, and a patient-first mindset to our growing practice. We are seeking someone who is dependable, self-motivated and eager to learn and grow within the role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a supportive team while building their clinical and professional skills. Compensation $24.00 – $26.00 per hour (depending on experience) What You’ll Be Doing Assist the doctor chairside during a variety of dental procedures Prepare and break down treatment rooms efficiently Sterilize and maintain instruments following proper protocols Support smooth patient flow throughout the day Help create a calm, comfortable experience for every patient Take digital X-rays (if certified) Assist with charting and maintaining accurate patient records Work closely with the Lead RDA, doctor and team to ensure high-quality care What We’re Looking For Dental Assistant experience preferred X-ray certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Reliable transportation and consistent on-time attendance (non-negotiable) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing, friendly personality — not timid in patient interactions Ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease Self-motivated and able to stay productive without constant direction Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Willingness to take direction from Lead RDA, doctor and leadership Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment The Right Candidate Is Dependable — shows up ready to work, every day Coachable — open to feedback and growth Proactive — sees what needs to be done and takes initiative Professional — maintains a positive attitude with patients and team Energetic — brings good energy into the office consistently Why Join Our Team Supportive and growth-focused environment Opportunity to learn and advance your skills Modern dental office with updated systems and technology Team that values positivity, accountability, and patient experience Schedule Full-time: Monday - Thursday (32 hours per week, 3 day weekends!)
