Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Marietta, GA
We are seeking a reliable, experienced and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our Start-Up Pediatric Dental and Orthodontic practice . This role is ideal for a dental assistant with hands-on experience in both Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics who has a growth mindset, open to learning new things, self motivated, enjoys working with children and families. As an early team member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional clinical care, supporting the doctor chairside, helping establish clinical workflows, office culture and standards as the practice grows. Responsibilities: Provide chairside assistance for pediatric dental and orthodontic procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials following clinical protocols Take impressions, digital scans and X-rays with confidence Support orthodontic appliance placement, adjustments, and removals Assist with preventive and restorative pediatric dental care Ensure strict adherence to infection control, sterilization, OSHA, and CDC standards Create a calm, friendly, and reassuring experience for pediatric patients and families Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, appliance care, and post-treatment instructions Accurately chart clinical notes and assist with documentation in the practice management system Collaborate with the clinical and front office teams to support efficient patient flow Schedule: Full-time (and possibly part-time) opportunities available.
