We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and patient-focused Experienced Dental Assistant to join our start-up pediatric dental and orthodontic practice. This role is ideal for a dental assistant with hands-on experience in both pediatric dentistry and orthodontics who has a growth mindset, willing to learn, self motivated, enjoys working with children and families. As an early team member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional clinical care, supporting the doctor chairside, and helping establish clinical workflows and standards as the practice grows.
