What Weâre Looking For We are seeking a skilled and reliable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who is confident chairside, detail-oriented, and looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with a progressive implant and cosmetic practice . Ideal candidate: Positive attitude and strong work ethic Organized, efficient, and proactive Strong communication and patient care skills Interested in learning and growing in implant and cosmetic dentistry Responsibilities Chairside assisting for general, cosmetic, and implant procedures Setup/breakdown of operatories Taking digital impressions/scans (or willingness to learn) Assisting with crown/bridge procedures, cord placement, temporization Sterilization and infection control Taking radiographs (as needed) Maintaining a smooth and efficient clinical flow Preferred Qualifications Active RDA license in California 2+ years of dental assisting experience Experience with implants, cosmetics, or digital dentistry is a plus Familiarity with intraoral scanners Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate: $30â$34/hr (Depending on Experience) Monthly performance-based bonus opportunities Growth and advancement within the practice Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunity to work in a modern, high-tech office Why Join Us?
