Compensation: $25-28 per hour, based on experience Schedule Full-time Monday -Friday Benefits and Perks Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Traditional and Roth 401(k) options Referral Bonus Program Free CE courses provided by our affiliated vendors Responsibilities Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments using efficient four-handed dentistry techniques Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms according to infection control and safety standards Take digital dental X-rays and assist with advanced imaging technologies when needed Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the practice management system Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post-operative care instructions Support a positive patient experience by communicating effectively and collaborating with the clinical team Qualifications 2+ years of prior hands-on dental assisting experience highly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control protocols INDHRDA02
