General Dentist â Hartwell, Georgia Position Summary A privately owned dental practice (not part of a DSO) in Hartwell is seeking a General Dentist to join its experienced, patient-focused team. Compensation & Benefits: 1099 Independent Contractor Daily guarantee of $1,200â$1,500 for the first 120 days , transitioning to 30% of collections PPO and Fee-For-Service patient base 100% company-paid lab fees Established patient flow with strong production opportunity Schedule: Three (3) 12-hour clinical days per week Predictable schedule supporting strong work-life balance Practice Overview: Privately owned, state-of-the-art dental practice with modern technology and efficient clinical workflows. Supported by a seasoned, long-term clinical and administrative team , including experienced hygienists. Practice offers comprehensive general dentistry services within a collaborative environment. Infrastructure in place to support associate productivity and long-term success. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive exams and diagnose oral health conditions. Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans tailored to patient needs. Provide restorative dentistry including fillings, crowns, and bridgework. Perform extractions, root canal therapy, and minor surgical procedures as clinically appropriate. Interpret radiographs and diagnostic findings to guide treatment decisions. Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention, and post-treatment care. Prescribe medications to manage pain or infection when indicated. Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient scheduling and a positive patient experience. Qualifications: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Active or eligible Georgia dental license. Current CPR certification. Strong attention to detail and patient-centered communication skills.
