Position Summary: The incoming General Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care in a modern, technology-driven setting with strong patient flow and the ability to achieve significant production. This opportunity is ideal for a provider with 2–4 years of clinical experience who is looking to grow clinically, increase earnings potential, and explore long-term partnership or ownership opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat a full range of general dental conditions. Perform restorative procedures including crowns, bridges, and fillings. Manage comprehensive treatment planning and patient education. Perform or develop skills in specialty procedures such as endodontics, implant restoration or placement, oral surgery, and cosmetic dentistry. Maintain high clinical standards and ensure an exceptional patient experience. Collaborate with hygiene and support teams to optimize schedule flow and case acceptance. Qualifications: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Active or eligible South Carolina dental license. 2–4 years of clinical experience preferred.
