OWL Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is excited about our new building we are moving to this year, and are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our fun, compassionate, and fast-paced pediatric & ortho teams! Why You’ll Love Working at OWL A supportive, upbeat team culture centered around kids and families A well-organized, growing pediatric & orthodontic practice Opportunities to grow your skills in pediatric dentistry and ortho A workplace that values kindness, teamwork, and having fun while doing great work Your Role Assist doctors during pediatric dental and orthodontic procedures Help create a calm, friendly, and engaging experience for children Prepare treatment rooms and maintain proper sterilization protocols Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Accurately document clinical notes and follow practice protocols Support patient flow to keep the day running smoothly Qualifications Dental assisting experience required Strong communication skills and a positive, patient-focused attitude Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Calm, friendly demeanor with children of all ages & all abilities Preferred (but not required): Previous pediatric & ortho experience preferred Coronal polishing certification Sealant certification Nitrous oxide monitoring certification Hours of Operation Mondays - Thursdays: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Fridays: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM Two Saturdays/month: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience plus incentive eligibility after 90 days!
