Job Overview Join our dynamic dental team as a Part-Time / Per Diem General Dentist, where high production and exceptional patient care go hand in hand! Sunny Dental is seeking a skilled and efficient General Dentist for a part-time / per diem position. This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor who is confident in comprehensive dentistry and comfortable performing endodontic procedures, including molars. We are a well-supported, modern practice with a strong clinical team, including RDAEF, and systems in place to help you focus on patient care and production. Compensation: Minimum guarantee: $1,000/day OR 30% of adjusted production (whichever is higher) Schedule: Part-time / per diem (flexible days) Potential for growth into additional days Clinical Requirements: Strong experience in: Gingivectomy with laser Root canals (including molars) Core build-ups Crown preparations and delivery Comfortable diagnosing and presenting treatment plans Technology & Support: RDAEF support Digital scanner (no traditional impressions) Endodontic rotary system in place Must have experience with rotary endo (any system) or be a quick learner Efficient workflow and strong front/back office support Ideal Candidate: Confident, efficient, and clinically competent Strong communication and case acceptance skills Team-oriented with a positive attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us: Consistent patient flow Supportive and trained clinical team Focus on productivity and quality care Growth potential within the practice To Apply: Please submit your resume with a brief description of your clinical experience, especially with endodontics.
