Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced Lead Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about patient care, highly organized, and ready to take on a leadership position in a fast-paced dental office. As a Lead Dental Assistant, you will support the dentist, assist with clinical procedures, and help guide the dental assistant team to ensure smooth daily operations and an excellent patient experience.
