What You’ll Do Provide thorough, efficient dental cleanings (scaling, polishing, and preventive care) Perform accurate iTero scans for Invisalign cases Identify and engage potential Invisalign candidates during hygiene visits Confidently educate and present Invisalign treatment options Support Invisalign cases from initial scan through progress checks Maintain accurate records in Eaglesoft or Dentrix Take diagnostic x-rays while ensuring patient comfort and safety Collaborate with the doctor and team to keep schedules productive and efficient What We’re Looking For Active Dental Hygienist license Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic Experience with iTero scanning Invisalign experience preferred Confidence in case presentation and patient communication Strong clinical and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Compensation & Perks Competitive hourly pay Commission on Invisalign cases you help start Supportive, team-first environment Opportunity to grow your clinical and earning potential Pay: $50.00 - $62.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
