Responsibilities Key Responsibilities - Provide chairside support during dental procedures alongside the hygienist and dentist - Take and process high-quality dental X-rays - Capture digital and traditional impressions with precision - Handle sterilization and infection control duties - Learn doctor assist over time Qualifications - New graduate or entry-level Dental Assistant - Dental Assistant Certification (CDA) or equivalent preferred - Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) State of Texas - Current CPR/BLS certification - Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Schedule & Compensation - Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday ( one per month) - Hourly Rate: 16 - 20 per hour (based on experience and training)-Negotiable Benefits & Perks - Retirement plan (401k/IRA) - Paid time off (PTO) - Continuing education stipend Our practice encourages professional growth in a supportive, cutting-edge environment.
