Associate General Dentist - Long Island Dental Group - Flushing, NY

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Dentist but New Graduates are also welcome to join our dental practice. As a Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages. This is a PART TIME (TUES or WED & SAT )position located at our Queens Flushing Location (bilingual welcome -Korean) Duties: - Perform dental examinations, diagnose oral health conditions, and develop treatment plans - Administer local anesthesia and perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals - Collaborate with dental hygienists and dental assistants to ensure efficient patient care - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive measures - Utilize medical imaging and CAD technology for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning - Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix - Adhere to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety Requirements: - Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school - Valid state dental license in good standing - Proficiency in performing vital signs assessment and patient assessment - Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry - Experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred but not required - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex dental procedures to patients - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other dental professionals We offer competitive compensation based on experience and skills.
