Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and passionate about patient care. Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories Take digital X-rays and impressions Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures Maintain accurate patient records and charting Follow all OSHA and infection control protocols Support front office or hygiene team as needed Qualifications: Active California RDA license Coronal polishing and sealant certification (preferred) Current X-ray certification Knowledge of dental software (Dentrix or Dentrix Ascend a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong work ethic and team-first attitude Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay: $25–$33/hour (based on experience) Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) options Paid holidays Opportunities for growth and continuing education Why Join Us?
