Smiles By The Lake is seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our team and help provide exceptional patient care while promoting great oral health. We are a small, single-doctor practice that values quality over quantity. Our schedule is designed to support excellent care, with one-hour hygiene appointments and extended two-hour SRP visits, as needed, so you can work thoroughly without feeling rushed. We pride ourselves on maintaining a positive, supportive team culture where everyone works together and enjoys coming to work. This is a full-time position, working Monday through Thursday. We are a busy but well-organized practice that focuses on delivering high-quality care in a comfortable, relaxing environment. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, detail-oriented, and a true team player. The ideal candidate is efficient, has a strong clinical eye, and is passionate about providing an outstanding patient experience. We are looking to fill this position within the next 2–4 weeks.
