Position Overview We are looking for a Front Desk with a strong sales mindset to join our team. This role is responsible for managing patient interactions, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and converting inquiries into booked visits . This is NOT a passive receptionist role — this is a patient conversion and customer experience position .
