Compensation: $750 - $1,000 daily Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive dental examinations and create personalized treatment plans Prioritize and phase treatment to ensure patients achieve optimal oral health Provide engaging patient education on prevention, function, and total wellness Use iTero 3D scanning to educate patients and demonstrate treatment outcomes Explain the benefits of Invisalign and functional improvements in smile alignment Lead by example and mentor the hygiene team to deliver consistent, excellent care Collaborate closely with team members and build camaraderie within the practice Qualifications: DDS or DMD and an active state dental license Leadership skills (ability to lead our team and inspire patients to improve their health) 2+ years of clinical experience Experience with Invisalign, Cosmetics, and CEREC is a strong plus About Company At Breeze Dental, we are dedicated to promoting oral health prevention as a cornerstone of overall well-being.
