Manage medical imaging procedures like X-rays while ensuring proper radiation safety protocols are followed Follow strict infection control protocols, including aseptic technique and sterilization procedures, to ensure patient safety. Review documentation for accuracy and completeness, supporting compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical coding standards. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Dental Hygienist with current certification to practice in the region. Proven experience working in general dentistry or pediatric dentistry environments. Proficiency with dental software systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix is highly desirable. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics. Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards and medical coding practices related to dental procedures.
