Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–4:00 PM) | Rotating Saturdays About the Role We are hiring a Clinical Dental Assistant to support patient care and chairside procedures in a busy dental office. This role focuses on assisting providers during treatment, maintaining operatory flow, and helping ensure a smooth and efficient experience for patients. This is a hands-on position suited for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Assist dentists during procedures (fillings, extractions, crowns, etc.) Take dental radiographs (bitewings, panoramic, periapical) Prepare and break down operatories between patients Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Escort patients and help guide them through their visit Enter and update patient information in Dentrix Monitor inventory and ensure rooms are stocked and ready Communicate clearly with clinical and front office teams Qualifications Active CDA or NELDA certification required 2+ years of dental assisting experience preferred Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software Radiology experience required Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Preferred Skills Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Familiarity with infection control and OSHA standards CPR certification (preferred) Experience taking impressions and assisting with lab cases Work Location 314 S River Street, Franklin, Ohio 45005 (in-person position) Applicants should be able to reliably commute to the office. Work Environment This is a high-volume dental setting where teamwork, organization, and efficiency are important. The role requires being on your feet for extended periods and supporting multiple procedures throughout the day.
