You’re the person your last office couldn’t afford to lose. You’re the one who shows up, stays positive when the schedule gets tight, and makes every patient feel like the most important person in the building. You don’t just do your job—you take pride in it. And you’re looking for a practice that actually deserves someone like you. That’s us. Keep reading. About Endres Dental Care We’re a private, doctor-owned general dentistry practice in Burtonsville, MD. No corporate ownership, no revolving door of providers, no assembly-line dentistry. Our team is small, tight-knit, and led by the husband and wife owners Dr. Eric Endres (dentist) and Dr. Elise Tigani Endres (orthodontist). We operate at a high clinical standard, we treat our patients like family, and we hold ourselves to an experience level that belongs in a five-star environment, not a typical dental office. We are not the right fit for everyone—and that’s intentional. We’re looking for one exceptional person, not a stack of resumes. What We’re Looking For We’ll teach you the clinical skills. What we can’t teach is who you are. Here’s what matters most to us: Work ethic that doesn’t need supervision. You take ownership. You see what needs to be done and you do it—without being asked, without cutting corners. A genuinely positive attitude. Not performative positivity. Real warmth, real resilience, and the ability to keep your composure and your smile when the day gets hectic. Patient-first mindset. You understand that every patient interaction is an opportunity to make someone’s day better. You remember names. You anticipate needs. You make people feel cared for, not processed. Team-first character. You thrive in a close, collaborative environment. You communicate directly, you don’t bring drama, and you genuinely enjoy lifting up the people around you. Reliability. You show up—on time, prepared, and ready to contribute. Consistency is everything in a small team. Experience & Qualifications Dental assisting experience is a plus, but it is not required. If you have the qualities listed above and you’re eager to learn, we will invest in training you. X-ray certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred. CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain). High school diploma or equivalent required. What You Get Competitive pay based on experience and character (yes, character counts in compensation here too). A respectful, drama-free workplace where you are valued as a person, not just a pair of hands. Hands-on training and real mentorship from doctors who care about your growth. A small team where your contributions are visible, recognized, and appreciated every single day. Paid time off and benefits. How to Apply If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you. Submit your resume and include a brief note telling us: Why does this role appeal to you? What would your last boss say about working with you? We read every application personally. No bots, no keyword filters. If you’re the right person, we’ll know.
