Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled General Dentist to join our team on a part-time basis, working 2 days per week (7-hour shifts). Compensation and Benefits Hybrid compensation model: $850 daily guarantee or 32% of adjusted production, providing substantial upside for productive days. Projected annual earnings range: $120,000–$160,000 (with potential to exceed based on production and our expanding patient base). 4% 401(k) employer match. Prorated malpractice insurance coverage (added to the practice's existing policy). No responsibility for laboratory fees. Note: As a part-time position, formal continuing education stipends and health benefits are not included; however, the flexible schedule, competitive compensation, and professional growth opportunities make this an attractive opportunity. Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Active Ohio dental license (or eligibility to obtain). Current CPR certification. Proficiency in general dentistry procedures, including restorative care, crowns, endodontics, extractions, and other routine treatments. Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
