We provide a flexible full-time schedule that accommodates the needs of the doctor. Partnership and ownership paths are available for the right candidate. Our Jupiter office is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. We're seeking an experienced general dentist who is deeply passionate about dentistry, prioritizes patient care, and brings a compassionate approach. The dentist will flourish in this single-doctor practice and will have access to an average of 50 new patients each month. This location serves FFS and PPO patients but does not accept Medicaid/Medicare. The compensation package for our general dentist exceeds industry standards: 35% compensation on collections, also offered as the greater amount during the daily guarantee period. Our current Production to Collection Ratio stands at 99%. General Dentist Responsibilities and Duties: Repairing or extracting damaged teeth Filling cavities Conducting exams and evaluating x-rays to assess patient health Creating treatment plans to address any dental health concerns Administering or prescribing medication to alleviate pain and support patient well-being Engaging with patients and educating them on proper oral care Measuring and fitting dental appliances Referring patients to specialists when required General Dentist Skills and Requirements: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation A Florida state license to practice dentistry Patience when working with patients Ability to communicate with patients about their health and care Strong attention to detail Capable of working with hands in confined spaces Solid problem-solving abilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $275,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: General dentistry: 3 years (Required) Molar endo: 1 year (Preferred) Implant placement: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Florida Dental License (Required) Work Location: In person
