Position Overview We are currently hiring a Sterile Technician Dental Assistant to support our clinical team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, motivated, and interested in working in a dynamic and fast-paced dental setting. Key Responsibilities Maintain a safe, sterile, and efficient clinical environment Turn over operatories between patients Sterilize instruments and manage proper storage systems Support the clinical team with setup and tray prep Assist hygienists during periodontal charting and probings Perform lab duties including whitening trays and 3D model production Keep sterilization area clean, stocked, and organized Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow What We’re Looking For Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail Positive, team-oriented attitude Willingness to learn and grow Clear and professional communication skills Previous dental or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required Familiarity with Open Dental software is a bonus Why Join Us?
