As the receptionist for our busy dental office, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of customers throughout their Dental visits. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking! Responsibilities Greet patients as they arrive at the office Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services Check patients in and out and collect for services. Qualifications Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred Previous experience as a Dental receptionist is preferred Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service Strong work ethic and positive attitude Familiar with computers and scheduling software Excellent multi-tasking skills
