Overview: Bright Now! Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Dental Assistant to join our team in Crystal River, FL. This is a great opportunity for a skilled dental professional looking to take the next step into a leadership role while continuing to deliver exceptional patient care. Schedule (days/hours): Monday through Friday 8am-5pm Responsibilities: Lead and support dental assisting team members to ensure smooth daily operations Assist the dentist during a wide range of procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques Accurately chart patient information and maintain detailed clinical records Support treatment planning and ensure clear communication of care plans Help drive an excellent patient experience from check-in through treatment Maintain compliance with infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols Qualifications: Meet all state specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain before start date) Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care Preferred Qualifications: Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies Support case presentation and patient education About: Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
