Bilingual Dental Receptionist Smiles 4 Kids is seeking a Bilingual Dental Receptionist to be a part of our growing team. ***MUST SPEAK SPANISH*** We are a pediatric dental practice and the candidate must love working with children. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hardworking, skilled at multi-tasking, takes pride in their work, works well with others and loves serving our patients. Applicants must possess computer experience (please include systems you are familiar with), multi-line phone system experience, verify insurance benefits, ability to follow up on, file and send claims electronically, maintain an efficient and productive schedule, confirm patient appointments, and greet and dismiss patients with professional and elegant communication. Working knowledge of Dentrix is preferred. The position will be 5 days per week. Hours of operation are: Monday-Thursday 8:00am- 5:00pm and Friday’s 7:30am-3:00pm. *Summer Hours (June-August) are Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:00pm. Starting salary will be determined depending on experience. Benefits are available after 90 day probationary period.
