Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of the doctor's time and a smooth patient flow throughout the day. Greet patients upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Handle patient communications with the highest level of customer service. Process patient payments and discuss financial options, including insurance benefits and payment plans, to facilitate access to dental care. Coordinate with dental insurance companies to verify benefits, submit claims, and resolve any billing issues.
