We are looking for a reliable Sterilization Assistant to join our dental team. This role is essential in keeping our clinical area running efficiently and maintaining proper infection control standards. Prior clinical dental experience is a strong plus. Responsibilities include: Cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing instruments Setting up and breaking down treatment rooms Stocking and organizing supplies Supporting the clinical team as needed Seating Patients Laundry for uniforms What we’re looking for: Flexible availability Team player with a positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong multitasking and organizational skills Dental experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
