As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Treatment Coordinatorto serve as the vital link between our clinical team and the patients we care for.
THE ROLE
Your Impact
As Treatment Coordinator, you will guide patients through their care journey — presenting treatment plans with clarity and compassion, navigating financial options, and ensuring every patient leaves feeling confident and informed about their path to optimal oral health.
You will be the face of trust in our practice — a role that blends clinical knowledge, communication excellence, and genuine empathy. Success in this position directly shapes both patient outcomes and the financial health of our office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Present and explain treatment plans with clarity and compassion
-Discuss financial arrangements and payment plan options
-Coordinate with insurance providers to maximize patient benefits
-Schedule and confirm appointments to optimize daily flow
-Follow up with patients who have pending treatment plans
-Document all patient interactions accurately in the dental software
-Collaborate with clinical staff on case presentation strategy
-Track and help achieve monthly production goals
-Support new patient onboarding and experience
-Assist with referrals and specialist coordination
QUALIFICATIONS
What We're Looking For
-PPO and FFS. experience
-2+ years in a dental office
-Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
-Experience with dental insurance verification and billing
-Proficiency in Dentrix software
-Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
-Comfort discussing finances and presenting case value
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
-A warm, patient-first demeanor — always
