Victory Smiles Dental â The Woodlands, TX Victory Smiles Dental Woodlands location is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Part-Time General Dentist Associate to join our growing, modern practice in The Woodlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor who values quality care, a supportive team, and a steady patient flow without the pressure of corporate quotas. Position Overview We are looking for a skilled and personable dentist to provide comprehensive dental care 1â3 days per week, with potential to grow into additional days. Our office emphasizes patient relationships, efficient systems, and a positive work culture. What We Offer Competitive daily guarantee or % of collections (whichever is higher) Established patient base with strong new patient flow Fully digital office (digital X-rays, intraoral scanners) Dedicated, experienced clinical and front office team Supportive environment focused on quality over volume Responsibilities Perform comprehensive exams and diagnose dental conditions Deliver high-quality general dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges, simple extractions, etc.) Educate patients and present treatment plans clearly Collaborate with hygiene and front office teams to ensure a seamless patient experience Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active Texas dental license in good standing Strong clinical and communication skills Commitment to patient care and ethical treatment planning Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply Ideal Candidate Friendly, confident, and team-oriented Efficient while maintaining quality Comfortable building trust with patients Open to feedback and continuous growth Schedule Part-time: 1â3 days per week Potential Saturdays (optional or rotating, if applicable) About Victory Smiles Dental At Victory Smiles, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, family-oriented environment for both patients and team members.
