About the Role True Dental Chattanooga is looking for an experienced, high-energy Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role is key to keeping our office running smoothly and ensuring every patient experience is exceptional from start to finish. We’re looking for someone who’s dependable, confident in a busy setting, and has the people skills to make patients feel cared for and supported. What You’ll Do Greet and check in patients with a positive, professional attitude Schedule and manage appointments to keep the day on track Verify insurance benefits and present financial treatment plans Communicate clearly with patients about treatment options and costs Support the clinical and admin teams with general front office duties Follow up with patients to ensure they stay on track with recommended care What We’re Looking For Minimum 1–2 years dental front desk experience required Experience with insurance verification and treatment plan presentation Strong multitasking and organizational skills Comfortable with technology and efficient with computer systems (Eaglesoft experience is a big plus) Reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely team-minded Why True Dental We’re a locally owned practice built on teamwork, integrity, and patient care .
