This is a great role for someone who wants to grow with a practice and be part of building a modern dental team . Key Responsibilities Assist the dentist chairside during procedures Take digital X-rays and assist with imaging (CBCT training provided) Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories Ensure smooth patient flow and efficient appointments Provide excellent patient communication and care Assist with charting, documentation, and workflow management Maintain proper infection control protocols Qualifications 1+ year of dental assisting experience preferred X-ray certification required (or ability to obtain) Knowledge of dental procedures and instruments Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset Preferred (Not Required) Startup dental office experience Experience with patient growth and marketing Experience with digital scanners or CBCT Compensation & Benefits $18–$25/hour (based on experience) Paid time off Ongoing training and skill development Supportive work environment Opportunities for career growth as the practice expands How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief note describing your experience and what you’re looking for in your next role.
