What You’ll Do Provide attentive, skilled chairside support during endodontic procedures. Prepare and maintain treatment rooms with a strong focus on organization, cleanliness, and efficiency. Take high-quality digital radiographs and CBCT scans while prioritizing patient safety and comfort. Accurately document treatment notes and patient information using PBS Endo software. Maintain the highest standards of infection control and sterilization protocols. Support patients before, during, and after treatment by explaining procedures clearly and compassionately. Work closely with the doctor and team in a true four-handed dentistry environment to ensure smooth, efficient procedures. Help maintain a welcoming, calm atmosphere that reflects the professionalism of our practice. Who You Are Experienced in dental assisting (endodontic experience is a plus, but not required). Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong work ethic. Comfortable using dental software systems. Confident with digital radiography and CBCT imaging. Calm under pressure and able to work efficiently in a specialty setting. A team player who communicates well and treats patients with empathy and respect. No experience? No problem.
