What You?ll Do Ownership & Quality: Take complete accountability for the fabrication of functional and esthetic temporary restorations, including posterior/anterior single units and complex bridges. Productivity Mindset: Maximize clinical efficiency by mastering intraoral photography, impressions, and X-rays to ensure zero wasted time for the patient or the doctor. Follow-Through: Ensure meticulous documentation and electronic chart notes are completed with 100% accuracy every single day. Clinical Excellence: Maintain a "ready-for-anything" environment by preparing treatment rooms and materials with proactive attention to detail. Non-Negotiable Requirements Experience: Minimum 3 years of continuous experience in a general dental office. Specialty Focus: At least 2 years of dedicated experience in cosmetic and implant dentistry is required. Licensure: Valid Tennessee Dental Assistant license with Expanded Functions (EFDA) certification. Certifications: X-ray certification is required (Nitrous Oxide preferred).
