Position Overview: This role will flex between front office and clinical assisting responsibilities depending on daily needs. The ideal candidate is comfortable switching gears, staying organized, and helping create a smooth, welcoming experience for our patients. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Responsibilities: Warmly greet and check in patients to create a positive first impression Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily patient flow Verify insurance, submit pre-authorizations, and collect payments Maintain accurate and organized patient records Support overall office efficiency and communication Dental Assistant Responsibilities: Assist the dentist chairside during procedures Prepare, sterilize, and maintain operatories and instruments Take dental X-rays (X-ray certification required) Assist with Invisalign cases, including patient guidance and workflow support Ensure patient comfort and provide excellent chairside experience Follow all infection control and safety protocols Qualifications: At least 1 year of dental experience (front desk and/or assisting preferred) X-ray certification required Familiarity with Invisalign and orthodontic workflows preferred Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Team player with a positive, patient-focused attitude Experience with dental software (Open Dental, Dexis, iTero) is a plus What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunities for growth and cross-training Stable, long-term position in a growing practice Ideal Candidate: Someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is excited to be part of a team that values both efficiency and high-quality patient care.
